Joint Presentations of Germany and Bavaria are subsidized for companies that participate. This program has been developed to support small and medium sized companies to tackle new markets. the fair agency is an assigned exhibition manager for official participations on foreign fairs on behalf of the German Ministry for Economics and Technology and the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology.
Joint company exhibitions organized by the fair agency include:

• calculation of costs
• exhibitor acquisition and support
• coordination of architectural layout drawing and stand building of the booth
• personnel selection & catering
• stand management and exhibitor assistance prior to event and on site
