Our standard working process comprise 6 phases.

Phase 1: Identifying of Customers Needs
Jointly with our customers, we identify the needs and the profile of the event, and specify the answers to be given in both, organizational belongings and qualification of staff to be involved.
Phase 2: Assessment and Booking of Staff
We are in permanent contact with our staff and know about their specific qualifications and are therefore able to select and propose the right person for the job.
Phase 3: Planning and Preparation of Performance
We support our clients in the planning and preparation of the event, check the details and prepare the action plan for our staff.
Phase 4: Staff Briefing
We brief our staff on all details of and requirement during the event, and upon request, perform a specific training in cooperation with customers specialists.
Phase 5: Performance
During the event, one of our project managers will be on site or be reachable by mobile phone. He might be contacted for all additional instructions or changes needed during the course of the event.
Phase 6: Analysis of Event and feedback to Client
After the event we will jointly asses our performance and the matching of our staff´s qualification to assigned tasks.
